How to Apply
Once you have choosen your program, fill out and submit the application by mail along with together with an initial non-refundable payment of $300 (program deposit).

Mail your completed application to Summer Advantage Program, AIFS, River Plaza, 9 West Broad Street, Stamford, CT 06902-3788. |
The $395 deposit is refunded only if the application cannot be accepted.
Who can apply?
U.S. and international students who meet all three of the following criteria:
- are 16-18 years of age by the start of the program
- have completed their sophomore, junior or senior year of High School
- have a minimum 2.75 GPA**
** Students interested in the Honors Program/Advanced level courses must meet additional criteria.
When should I enroll?
Enroll as early in the academic year as possible since openings on each campus are limited. We recommend you apply before April 15, (April 1 for Russia due to group visa) to ensure acceptance to the program of your choice. After April 15, applications will be accepted on a space available basis.
What happens after I complete my application?
In addition to the application form, please mail an official transcript or student copy. Acceptance cannot be confirmed until a transcript has been received.
AIFS will process your application and send an acceptance package to your home address confirming your admission into the program. Itinerary and details on the AIFS medical and tuition fee refund insurance will also be sent.
Orientation materials are sent in the spring. Flight itineraries are sent approximately one month before departure. Information contained in this introductory website or in the catalog is of a general nature; particular details may vary.
Although students pre-register for courses on the application, final registration takes place on campus.
